Over 3,000 studies in the last decade have shown the comprehensive benefits of mindfulness: improved physical, mental, and social health

How can change-makers and leaders bring these myriad benefits both to the experience of work itself and to its outcomes?

                                                                 my work engages this question

Vision:
My work engages the question of how mindfulness can benefit individuals and society.
I partner with people and organisations to create programmes and frameworks which explore this directly. As an executive, researcher,
policy maker, entrepreneur, philanthropist, thought leader, investor, civil servant- How can mindfulness enhance your experience of work, your place of work, and the consequences and impact of your work? I work one-on-one with organisations and individuals to find out exactly how. Along the way, I hope to cultivate a community of leaders who practice mindfulness in their daily lives and explore ways of implementing mindfulness through their work.

Pricing:
Mindfulness should not be cost-prohibitive. Whilst we charge industry rates, we also offers a sliding scale, particularly for start-ups, students, and those in the social sector. To date, we have never had to turn someone away due to lack of funds.
